  • Brunswick-Glynn County Joint Water & Sewer Commission

    • Prepare easement surveys, topographic surveys for new construction and as-builts of existing infrastructure.

  • Buck Swamp Road, Glynn County, Georgia

    • Prepare topographic surveys and right-of-way dedication plats for Buck Swamp Road.​

  • Coastal College of Georgia, Brunswick GA

    • Prepared boundary survey of the campus and performed a topographic survey for a Letter of Map Amendment to remove approximately 30 acres from a FEMA Flood Hazard Zone.​​

  • F.J. Torras Causeway, St. Simons Island, GA (DOT Project CSSFT-0008-00(940))

    • Provided construction staking and layout services for the construction of the new barrier wall.

 

  • Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (F.L.E.T.C.), Glynco, GA

    • Provided construction staking and layout services for driving ranges DMD7 and DMD8

 

  • Glynn County

    • Prepare right-of-way, topographic and as-built surveys for various drainage, paving, and right-of-way acquisition projects.

  • Glynn County Airport Commission, Brunswick, GA

    • Assist in development of Malcolm McKinnon Airport and Brunswick-Golden Islesm Airport, obstruction surveys, parcelization surveys and runway/tarmac topographic surveys for maintenance purposes.

  • Jekyll Island State Park

    • Prepared topographic surveys for road, parking, drainage and building improvements for the new  Jekyll Island Convention Center.​​

  • Pierce County, GA (DOT Project STP00-0966-00(008)

    • Prepared a survey depicting the location of the right-of-way monuments based on the construction plans and set the monuments in the field.

  • Satilla Forest Development Co.

    • Projects include 2.5-mile extension of Spur 25/Golden Isles Parkway and assisting in the development of the Satilla Forest Tract, Clearwater, Green Cove and Bayou Oaks.

  • Sea Island Company

    • Projects for Sea Island Company include layout for the Ocean Forest Golf Course, Hamilton Landing Subdivision, Hawkins Island, Frederica Township, preliminary and final subdivision plats, wetland and topographic maps for various parcels and as-built of existing facilities. Assisted in the sale of Sea Island Company property to Sea Island Acquisition, LLC.
